The Master’s Degree Programme in Management helps to gradually develop problem solving skills and improve the knowledge, skills and attitude needed for taking on a managerial or entrepreneurial position in industrial and service companies or to work as a business consultant.
It allows to choose between a 3-year curriculum taught in Italian and a 2-year curriculum taught in English: Green Economy and Sustainability and International Business.
Both curricula focus on the integration of general and operational skills, in order to prepare the students to taking on managerial roles.
Students will acquire a real specialisation in the field of one of the key functional areas of business management: corporate finance, marketing or production-logistics. This knowledge can be further deepened through participation in international programmes and internships, both in Italy and abroad.
Curriculum in Green Economy and Sustainability
The curriculum aims to prepare MSc (Master of Science) students to face the challenges and opportunities of a time of deep economic change, which requires high-value added, environmentally and socially friendly goods and services.
At corporate level, the postgraduates in “Green Economy and Sustainability” will have a suitable profile for the new positions in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / Sustainability. Moreover, they will be fitting candidates for the following industries / activities where sustainability has become a crucial feature: business consulting; food supply chains; public utilities; services, mainly focused on the promotion of local flagships capable of attracting qualified tourist flows; research, and so on.
Curriculum in International Business
The curriculum aims to prepare MSc (Master of Science) students to have the required knowledge and expertise for managerial and entrepreneurial roles, in Italy or abroad, either inside companies with an international profile or in consultancy firms in the field of business internationalization.
The postgraduates in “International Business” will provide firms with an outstanding contribution thanks to their analytical and empirical skills in business management and intercultural relationships.
The Master’s Degree Programme in Management aims at preparing graduates to take on managerial and entrepreneurial position at companies, as well as to work as professionals in the field of management consulting, financial, market research, communication and logistics, etc., according to their curriculum studiorum.
