Why study Employment and Company Legal Advisor at the University of Brescia?
  • The Bachelor’s Degree Programme “Employment and Company legal Advisor” ensures perfect coherence between the subjects studied and the professionalising objectives which students strive to fulfil. The professional figures produced are able to meet the requirements of the labour market from the very start, as the students' ability is tested during the Study Programme through mandatory internships.

  • This Study Programme starts with a two-year period aimed to provide a sound cultural, legal and economic background, both concerning Italy and abroad. After that, students choose between two curricula: “Employment Advisor” and “Company Legal Advisor”.

  • Different methodological approaches are used, mixing traditional theoretical teaching with methods based on study cases, as well as on direct student’s participation in real cases.

  • The Bachelor’s Degree Programme “Employment and Company legal Advisor” satisfies a variety of professional aspirations. The Employment Advisor curriculum enables students to enter both independent professional activities and employment with third sector organisations and public and private businesses which need consultants with specific competences in the labour market. The Company Legal Advisor curriculum provides technical and legal education for those who wish to work in managerial or other high-profile positions at businesses belonging to different sectors.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Employment Advisor curriculum enables students to enter both independent professional activities and employment with third sector organisations and public and private businesses which need consultants with specific competences in issued related to the labour market, social security and industrial relations. The Company Legal Advisor studies provide technical and legal education for those who wish to work in enterprises belonging to different sectors, including banking and finance, in management and corporate governance positions, as directors of company branches and offices, in the area of business contracts, as well as in the management of relations with customers and businesses.
