  • Medical Biotechnology experience continuous innovation and represent one of the pillars of so-called "translational medicine" that, thanks to knowledge transfer from basic biomolecular and cellular disciplines to the biomedical disciplines, has led to innovative approaches to health.

  • The Master's Degree Programme in Medical Biotechnologies benefits from very positive teaching staff to student ratio, which further enhance the exchange of information and ideas.

  • As early as from the first year of the Study Programme, students attend one or more research laboratories, under the guidance of a member of the teaching staff, focusing on the preparation of an experimental dissertation that allows them to put into practice what they learn during their educational pathway. The second semester in the second year of the Study Programme completely focuses on the dissertation.

  • The students are introduced to research, in an informal and international environment where the skills and the quality of the work carried out are key elements. The Master's Degree Programme in Medical Biotechnologies prepares young researchers, ready to carry out a fascinating and exciting work in both national and international contexts.

Graduates from the Master's Degree Programme in Medical Biotechnologies are able to operate, responsibly and independently, in public or private research bodies and in companies in the biotechnology/biomedical/pharmaceutical sector, and especially in those operating in the field of molecular and regenerative medicine.
