The Erasmus programme for teaching staff

Teaching staff can carry out the following activities as part of the LLP/Erasmus programme:

  • Preparatory visits to Institutions that do not yet have an agreement, in order to start a partnership under the Erasmus programme by drafting an agreement based on the special LLP/Erasmus Bilateral agreement form
  • Visits to the other partner Institutions in order to carry out preparation, monitoring and evaluation sessions of the mobility period organisational activities
  • Educational activities at the partner Institutions, lasting at least one week – or rather 5 working days – and for a maximum of one semester (6 months). Teaching staff should carry out at least eight hours of lectures of regular courses integrated in the study programme of the host Institute. On completion of the teaching period, the foreign host Institute shall issue a certificate with the teaching start and end dates and the total number of lecture hours completed.

Teaching staff who are interested in carrying out activities as part of the Erasmus programme should fill in the "trip application form" (modulo di richiesta missione), attaching a cost estimate. Travel, board and lodging expenses will be reimbursed for a maximum total of 900.00 euros, in accordance with the abovementioned regulations.
