Description of the Research Group

The Applied Mechanics Group carries out research activity on the following topics: simulation and testing of actuators for industrial automation; functional design of mechanical, electromechanical and mechatronic systems; mechanics of serial and parallel manipulators; kinematics and dynamics of machines, mechanical systems and robots; models and procedures for the optimization of mechanisms and machines; calibration of industrial robots; biomechanical analysis of the human movement; software development for solving lubrication problems.
