On-line enrollment procedure

IMPORTANT NOTE: before starting the online enrollment procedure you need
  • access to a scanner to upload the required documents
  • your passport or identity card photo saved as .jpg file if it has not already been uploaded during the registration process

 

1. FILL IN THE ENROLMENT APPLICATION

Candidates must open the homepage www.unibs.it , click on Students (high on the left-hand) and log in using their personal username and password.
Then they must click on the right-hand menu Students' Office -> Enrolment, select  the type of Enrollment relevant to their condition and choose the study programme of their interest. They can opt for a part-time educational pathway only if the study programme accepts part-time registration.

 

2. FILL IN INFORMATION ABOUT ISEE DECLARATION

Students who intend to ask for the reduction of the contributions on the basis of the economic situation of their family must check two boxes, the first one indicating that they are going to obtain the ISEE declaration from a CAF office by 31 December 2019  and the second one authorizing university offices to collect ISEE declaration data from Italian Tax Agency. Students whose families get income and own assets abroad have to ask CAAF offices for the Equivalent ISEE declaration.

Those who fail to check the above mentioned boxes are going to pay the maximum yearly contributions amount.

3. UPLOAD PASSPORT PHOTO

Students must upload a photo at this stage, if one has not already been uploaded or if it failed to upload correctly. It should be saved as .jpg file and their face should appear on a bright background. In case photo hadn't been correctly uploaded the student card wouldn't be issued.

 

4. CHECK PREVIOUS QUALIFICATION

Students are required to check information concerning their qualification (high school diploma or bachelor's degree) and amend them if uncorrectly filled in.

 

5. PRINT AND SIGN THE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION

Upon completing the procedure students have to print and sign the enrollment application on both pages.

 

6. UNIVERSITY FEE PAYMENTS: FIRST INSTALMENT

At the end of the registration procedure the first instalment of university fees must be paid: the amount is 156,00 euros except for students with disabilities. By clicking on the invoice number they can view the PagoPA payment that can be made in one of the following ways: PagoPa instructions (in Italian language)

Students must check that their payment has been processed and a green light appears on their personal profile in the left-hand menu Students' Office -> Payments. In case payment would not be registered by the deadline, please contact university offices via Infostudente application.

 

7. ATTACH COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS

To complete the registration procedure, in the left-hand menu Students' Office -> Academic career attachments, the following documents must be uploaded in scanned .pdf format:

  • filled in and signed enrolment application;
  • copy of the identity document used for registration and identification (double-sided) and of the tax code card;
  • receipt of the first instalment payment.

Enrolment will not be valid if payment and attachments’ upload are made after the established deadline.

 

8. HAND IN FOREIGN QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates who obtained their high school diploma or their bachelor’s degree abroad must hand in their foreign qualification to the International students office after having made an appointment via Infostudente application. Only upon paper documents verification by International students office enrollment will be approved.
In case no appointment is available in a short time do not worry, hence students are allowed to attend classes even though their documents have not been verified yet.

ENROLLMENT FINALISATION

Registration is finalised by the Students' Service subject to submission of all required documents and payment of the first instalment of the university fees. Students will receive official email confirmation of successfull enrollment.

 

STUDY PLAN AND CURRICULUM

Following submission and finalisation of the enrolment application, students must submit their study plan or curriculum via online procedure. The deadlines and methods are outlined on page Study plan and curriculum
