Registration of graduates to individual courses 2018/19 A.Y.
  • Graduates of the University of Brescia must pay a contribution determined on the basis of the value of the nuclear family's ISEE**and the study programme of the courses to which the students are registered, commensurate to the number of credits that they intend to achieve calculated according to the following formula [stamp duty of €16] + [Contribution due (based on ISEE for the students on the study programme with credit requirement for regular registration) divided by 60] x [number of credits]. 
     
  • For all other graduates, the calculation of the contribution is determined on the basis of the maximum economic situation band **and of the study programme of the courses to which they intend to register, commensurate to the number of credits that they intend to achieve calculated according to the following formula [stamp duty of €16] + [maximum contribution due from the regular students with credit requirement divided by 60] x [number of credits]. 
    The contribution for registration to individual courses is reduced by 50% for those who need to acquire credits to comply with the requirements laid down by the agreement reached with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia.   
     
    **See the amounts, calculated by band, shown in the "first-year students"  column of  the reference degree programme, in the "economic and law area ", "engineering area" and  "medical area" tables. The contribution amount is given by: the figure indicated in the table divided by 60*x [number of  credits]+ stamp duty (€16), less regional tax for the right to education (€140).   
     
  • Graduates who are registered to individual courses to achieve the curricular requirements for admission to a Master's degree programme will be refunded the total contribution paid for registration to the individual courses in the case of enrolment for a Master's degree programme at the University of Brescia.  
     
  • No university contribution is due (but only the stamp duty of €16) for registrations to individual courses by students registered in the Schools of Specialization or in Doctoral Studies at the University of Brescia. 
     

Registration to single programmes

Part-time students contributions 2018/19 A.Y.

Students enrolled on a part-time basis must pay the stamp duty (€16), the regional tax for the right to education (€140) and 65% of the university contributions paid by those who enrol on a full-time basis.
 

The credits achieved during the twelve months prior to 10th August for the recognition of commendable student status are the following:

Part-time students with non-EU citizenship, if situated in the maximum band, pay 65% of the contributions envisaged (Article.8 of Regulations concerning student contribution).

Other contributions 2018/19 A.Y.

Contribution for entrance to the admission tests: The entrance fee for the registration to the selection or admission tests required for admission to the programmes is set at € 50.00. 
For the Economic and Law area students who apply to be admitted to the second session of the test having already taken the test in the first session with an insufficient outcome are exempt from the registration contribution.

  • Recognition fee ​Students who resume their studies following an interruption, in addition to the amount due for registration to the corresponding year of the programme, are also charged a recognition fee set at € 80.00 for each academic year interrupted.
     
  • Pre-assessment contribution​​: For the recognition of periods of study and assignment to years subsequent to the first: €100.00. Additional costs are not applied if the request for the recognition of periods of study and assignment to years following the first are received after the enrolment of the student.
     
  • Duplicate of the degree scroll: €50.00.
