The educational teaching objective is indirectly linked to many of the specific educational objectives referred to in article 2 of the Course's Regulation, as it aims to provide a clarification of the public law profiles that is an absolutely necessary prerequisite for the responsible exercise of any health profession, especially in the context of "advanced cultural and professional training" (as stated in article 1 of the aforementioned Regulation). More specifically, the educational objective of this teaching MODULE is closely linked to both the course objective of " demonstrating teaching skills aimed at training support staff and tutoring of students " and the objective of " recognizing and respecting the role and the own competences " (Art. 2), naturally with specific reference to the necessary full understanding of the public law dimension of the health professions. Indeed, without an adequate understanding of the fundamental right to health and its implications both in terms of the organization of health services and at the level of duties connected with the implementation of article 32 of the Constitution, it would not be possible to configure either a real training capacity of the graduate in CLMSIO or, even less, the full awareness of the duties and competences connected to his role and that of the other health operators.
At the end of the course students will therefore have to demonstrate knowledge of the essential traits the constitutional organization of the state, the complex system of freedom and constitutional rights, as well as, the essential characteristics of health and department of organization of social services, and the content of the constitutional right to health
