At the end of the community nursing course the student have to:
- understand the figure of community and family nurse;
- notes on the legislative path for social and health integration;
- present the caregiver as a key figure in home care;
- reflect on the centrality of the nursing presence in the territory, paying particular attention to the family environment;
- identify health and social needs in the territorial context;
- identify the network of services and reference structures
