Educational goals: The course aims to study and take a closer look at the various aspects and problems of the private international legal system in force in Italy, accounting also for any related changes undergone by Italian Law for the purpose of compliance with the specific and binding obligations set forth by International Law and European Union Law. The course will therefore be divided into two parts: a general part and a special part. The general part will be dedicated to studying the basics of the subject and will for this purpose examine the themes of applicable law, jurisdiction and recognition of foreign judgements and deeds.
