Is an indispensable condition of having attended the course management systems and industrial work in the first half

Educational Goals

The aim is to present specific cases of national and international events that may represent a laboratory for applied research and understanding of the main management aspects related to the organization of work and the development of industrial plants

Content

Case studies will be examined with the course content management systems and industrial work in the first half , in particular, aspects of industrial relations for the determination of a plan of reduction and development with particular attention to the management of human resources and to social safety nets.
The laboratory is also in analysis of business cases and a final group on elaboration of aspects of analysis and industrial competitiveness

Extended Syllabus

The main insights will be treated evolving management module of the plants and industrial work and in particular concern: industrial improvement projects at national and international development of the method for allocating resources of the main factors , elements of experimental work organization direct and indirect

In addition to the previously recommended text : F.Guerra "Elements and practice management systems and industrial work " in their Editions , Brescia 2010 will be selected handouts and descriptions of specific initiatives as large , if not unique , in as concise and to the most delicate aspects

Teaching Methods

The course is based on lectures, numerical exercises, current cases, relief of productive realities own movies with special experience of the teacher

Assessment Methods

The exam is based on the frequency in the classroom, on the evaluation of exercises delivered individually or in groups, on a written test consisting of questions and theoretical calculation exercises and a further oral exam .
And ' normally provided for an appeal at the end of the course reserved for those who have attended lectures in the classroom , which will also be the presentation of a case
