This class aims to give to the students fundamental knowledge of the most diffused theories of quality management, of the ISO 9000 standard, of the supplier evaluation theoies and of the incoming materials sampling procedures. This class aims to give to the students advanced knowledge of the most diffused theories of quality improvement and problem solving. In particular , Design of Experiment techniques, Quality functional Deployment, Robust Design, FMEA, FECA and Failure tree analysis will be analysed.
