Educational Goals

The goal that is to be achieved is that the students of the course manage to focus the effects produced by the economic system in terms of safety, health and the environment. At the end of the lessons, students will be able to recognize the fundamentals of economic logic applied to problems of environmental management and environmental safety and in the workplace, as a motive for the behavior of individuals,
social groups, businesses and public institutions

Assessment Methods

The preparation of the students will be verified with a written exam consisting of 3 open questions with a predefined answer space and 30 multiple choice questions. The total points (30) will be divided on the basis of the questions present in the test by importance and extent and announced in the examination. The final score will be given by the sum of the partial scores. The duration of the written test is 1 hour and 15 minutes. The topics examined will reflect those discussed during the course and presented in the program. A correct use of the terminology and a clear and concise written presentation that exposes the logical connections between the aspects considered is necessary to pass the exam. The mark obtained will then be considered together with those obtained in the other teaching units (modules) for the calculation of the final grade of the whole course
