At the end of the course B2 "General clinical nursing" the student:
• Knows and understands the meaning of health and disease, identifies the causes that can modify the homeostatic balance of the organism and for each cause identifies the pathogenesis, knows and understands the main physiopathogenetic mechanisms responsible for the alterations of the homeostatic equilibrium consequent to the state of disease and describes the adaptive compensatory mechanisms implemented by the body
• Knows and understands the main human responses (reactions of a biological, psychological, social and spiritual nature) resulting from the experience of illness
• Apply the main conceptual reference models to plan assistance
• Knows the constitutive elements of the communicative process and understands the meaning of the helping relationship between nurse and assisted person describing the fundamental characteristics

At the end of the lessons of the teaching "Care relashionship nursing" the student will know the peculiarities of the relationship between the nurse and the person, his family and the community, and will be able to choose the most suitable relational modalities for the main contexts in which nursing assistance is provided, together with the models communicative based on the specific situation.
Starting with the consideration of the person as "subject" in relation to each other to build the sense of one's identity and in the context of life in which he is placed, the student will know how the relationship in the nursing profession is a precious help.
Student will know and understand some essential communication techniques and strategies for conducting and managing an effective and competent relationship / communication.
