One is allowed to take a Module exam with reference to the end of the academic semester of the year of enrolment when the exam session is planned according to the course of study at the end of the semester in which the respective Course was taught. Attendance to lessons is not required. The Second Module exam requires the passing of the First Module. The Second Module exam can be taken due to the following conditions: (a) passing the First Module during the so called winter session, by the next so called summer session; (b) passing the First Module during the so called summer session, within the following January; (c) passing the First Module during other sessions (September and extraordinary sessions), within the immediately subsequent session. Passing of the exams on Institutions of Private law as well as Constitutional Law I is a prerequisite to the First Module exam. It is possible to take the First and Second Module exam together by enrolling to the specific “Commercial Law” session. Also in this case, passing of the exams on Institutions of Private law as well as Constitutional Law I is a prerequisite to the exam. In order to be able to take the First Module exam only, it is necessary to enroll to the so called partial “Commercial law First Module ” session, the results of which will be recorded but not published. In order to be able to take the Second Module exam only, it is necessary to enroll to the so called “ Specific Commercial Law ” session, specifying the achievement of the First Module exam. The following is advisable: the attainment of the exams on Institutions of Private law as well as Constitutional Law I with reference to an attendance to the First Module and the Second Module.
