Theory and methodology of Bioenergetics and Dance-therapy, for the recovery of well-being
The body and psychological distress. Neurosis and psychosis: definition; operational indications; rules of the setting; bodily activities of prevention or support to therapy. Somatorelational practices and art therapy: fields of application. Loss of well-being: the rights/needs of the child; stretch stress and state stress; survival strategies. Character theory traits; the character armor; the seven rings of muscular armor. Somatorelational methodology: objectives; the natural cycle of energy; the guidelines of the bioenergetic proposal. Practical experience: class of bioenergetic exercises; the body scan; to cultivate the vibration; breathing; relaxation; the contact; work in pairs and with small tools. The body and the group. Dance-movement-therapy (DMT): the therapeutic value of dance; the values of the DMT; group phenomena (resonance and mirroring). The group as a tool for personal growth;Jo-Hari window; sharing and verbalization of experiences. Practical experience: workshop activity to create the group; structured and semi-structured warm up, use of music and rithms; games and expressive proposals in order to the values of DMT (empathic, exploratory, pedagogical, integrative).
