Lectures aim to deepen the legal and institutional European framework within which business act broadening it in reference to the global landscape.
a) Knowledge and Understanding: students, at the end of the lectures, are endowed with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding that starting from the institutional mechanisms of the European Governance spreads to current global dimension

b) Applying knowledge and understanding: at the end of the lectures, students are able to interpret hard law, adjudications and soft law as well as they are able to place national sources of law in relation with the European ones broadening the perspective to sources of law of different level and origin (international or infra-national, public or private)
c) Making Judgement: students will be able to infer the main legal and institutional guidelines featuring the evolutionary path of the European and International economic and social Governance
d) Communication skills: students will acquire a legal and technical language typical of laws, adjudications and documents featuring the European institutional context, and they will manage it with whole autonomy.
e) Learning skills: students will be able to develop and widen a research subject as for its legal aspects involving socio-economic implications of European and Global Governance.
