The first part of this course aims at providing the basic tools for the analysis of tourist market, both on the demand and the supply side; it also considered the most important macroeconomic aspects of tourism. All this in order to introduce the main touristic policies, related to each economic subject involved in different fields of tourism. In the second part the focus is on the market of services related to cultural heritage and its policy implications, with special enphasis on externalities about tourism, social capital and creativity.
