Propaedeutic exams: Administrative Law I and Civil Procedure I
The principal goal of the course is to develop, in the light of the Administrative trial code (Codice del processo amministrativo – C.P.A), the fundamental characteristics of the administrative trial with explanation of the peculiarities and constant recalls to the reflections of doctrine and to the judgments of supreme courts.
During the course the following topics will be mastered: - origins and the development of our administrative justice system; - establishment and the characteristics of the administrative jurisdiction; - constitutional and European principals about the legal protection of the individuals in front of the public administration; - administrative appeals; - action in the administrative trial; - preliminary elements for the study of the administrative trial; - first instance judgment; - precautionary measures; - decision of the appeal and the remedies against the decision; - special procedures; - acquirement of the effect of res judicata of the judgment and the execution of the judgement. - special administrative judges (Court of Auditors and Public waters tribunals).

REMARKS: 1. Before sitting the exam, students are required to verify eventual successive integrations to the examination syllabus. 2. Those who intend to demand the degree thesis in Administraitve Law II are invited to read the document "La tesi di laurea in diritto amministrativo", available from the tutors of the Department, before asking the Professor.
3. Owing to the continuous and fast evolution of the rules of administrative law and disciplines connected to the same scientific sector (Administrative law II), from the summer exam period of June-July 2012, all the students will sit the exam exclusively on the examination syllabus established for the academic year of the completion of the exam.
