1. Exam on Part one (Intermediate) (Labour Law - 9 CFU)
√ The exam is based on a written text with open-ended questions and covers the program which is in effect at the time the exam is taken.
It is strongly advised to check on the e-learning website the program for the current year.
√ For students attending classes, the course will adopt a problem-solving approach. Students will simulate some cases under the supervision of the teacher and the professionals who are collaborating in the course . The exam will focus on the topics covered during the course and will consist of a written test concerning an hypothetical, practical case, according to the methodology learned during the course. For the purposes of the overall assessment, attendance, individual and team work, basic writing and talking skills will be taken into consideration.
2. Exam on Part two (Anti-discrimination law - 6 CFU
√ The exam on Part two is oral and can be taken after passing the intermediate exam non Part one, within 1 year from the registration of the intermediate exam itself.

3. Full exam on Part one and Part two (Labour Law and Antidiscrimination Law - 15 CFU).
√ The full exam on Part one and part two can be taken jointly at the end of the second semester for students on their 3rd year, at any semester for students on their 4th and 5th year.
