Oral and written examination. The examination will start with a written and compulsory test, for a term of
about 45-60 minutes, with a variable number of questions ( multiple choice and/or open answers) concerning the examination program, in detail, and the administrative trial code. If possible, the written text will be corrected immediately. The failure in the written text ( less than 18/30) does NOT prevent the access to the oral exam. The oral exam must be held immediately after the communication of the result of the written test, as written and oral test are strictly joined. The mark obtained in the written test, that will be added to the one obtained in the oral exam, will provide 50% of the final mark.
Students are not permitted to consult books , the trial code, etc...during the examination. The breach of this rules leads to the exam's annulment
The exam aims at verifying the deep and complete Knowledge of the topics explained in the books of the exam program , and in the code of the administrative trial ( d.lgs. n. 104/2010), both for the more general concepts and for the more specific, detailed knowledge, in addition to the students skill to explain legal concepts in a clear and critical way. The goal is to better prepare them for the future legal professions.
