Cardio-circulatory / hemodynamic monitoring: invasive monitoring or not (electrocardiographic monitoring and arterial pulse, arterial catheterization for blood pressure monitoring, venous catheterization for measuring central venous pressure, Swan Ganz and “Picco” Monitoring (Pulse Contour Cardiac Output) cardiac output - CO, peripheral strength - RP, pulmonary wedge pressure - W, stroke volume - SV). Input / output balance monitoring. Breath frequency, oxygen saturation (SPO2) and respiratory dynamics monitoring. Tracheal intubation, invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation (volume / flow / pressure / time - peep, trigger), end tidal CO2 (ETCO2). Disassociation from the mechanical ventilation machine.
Emogasanalysis. Management of respiratory prosthesis and prevention of pneumonia by artificial ventilation (VAP), early tracheotomy packaging, control of the endotracheal tube head pressure, tracheal suction,
oral cavity hygiene, management and humidification of the respiratory circuit).
Monitoring of glycemic target and body temperature.
Management of central venous catheter - CVC and central venous catheter with peripheral insertion - PICC (placement, device dressing, management infusive lines). Arterial catheter management (placement, device dressing, circuit management). Weaning respiratory: pre-weaning, weaning e post-weaning (extubation). Monitoring intracranial pressure - PIC and cerebral perfusion pressure - PPC, brain catheter management, hypertension prevention measures Intracranial.
Therapeutic hypothermia. Assistance to potential donor organs (notes).
Pain monitoring in the patient, conscious or unconscious, ventilated mechanically. Metabolic needs in the critical patient. Enteral, Parenteral, and Mixed Nutrition: administration, monitoring, potential complications. Monitoring of diuresis. Delirium in intensive care: preventive measures, measurement and treatment scales.
