The Course will deal with three main themes: Euro (five lessons on Monday), State Aids (further five lessons on Monday), transnational insolvency law in the UE (ten lessons on Thursday).
In this stage of the UE’s evolution, seems essential a basic knowledge of economic and juridical mechanism of the Euro, and of the relations within the Eurozone; likewise important, chiefly for Italy (see Ilva, bank crisis a.s.o.) is the theme of State Aids. The course means to put the students in position to understand current, juridical and economic, discussions.
In European trade law is growing the theme of transnational insolvency: in particular, in 2017 will enter in full force the EU Regulation n. 2015/848, in the place of CE Regulation n. 1346/2000. The course aims to inform the students about a topic which could be very useful in their future professional lives (as lawyers, judges a.s.o.)
It seems important to stress that the topics (mainly Euro and State Aids) will be discussed with continuous reference to their day by day evolution: therefore a personal attendance to the lessons is strongly suggested.
