At the end of the course the student will have acquired:

3. bases of problem solving methodologies.

At the end of the course the student will have acquired the ability to frame the context of the problems and to model them.

The student will be able to evaluate the objectives and constraints of problems in the context of operations management.

At the end of the course the student will be able to understand and use the key words of the operations management, in particular the distinction between strategic, tactical and operative decisions, and will be able to communicate the solution procedure and the results of the problem solved.
