Fundamentals of informatics and boolean logic. Electrical circuits for electronics
The module is aimed at students who come to the fundamentals of electronics after learning the fundamentals of physics, electrical engineering and logical networks. After this course the student will be able to understand the characteristics of a simple electronic device.
The course consists of two sections : a linear electronic fundamentals and digital electronics fundamentals. The first section discusses: diodes and diode circuits; the BJT as an amplifier and as a switch, in static and dynamic behavior; the MOS transistors; and the operational amplifiers and comparators (outline). The second section shoots the basic concepts of digital logic and discusses the main bipolar and CMOS logic families, addressing some interface issues.
