A basic knowledge of the main mathematical tools is required to be able to follow the statistical and least squares adjustment modules.
The aim of the dourse is to introduce the student to the main surveying technologies now days available.
The course introduce all the main surveying technologies. Starting from geodesy and cartography, the course details all the main surveying technologist from total station, GNSS, laser scanner/Lidar, digital photogrammetry, levels. Finally the statistical data analysis and the measures adjustments technologies are described.

The course is organized in direct oral lessons and practical exercises. Vertical lessons on specific surveying examples are also presented.
At the end of the course a written and oral exams allow the professor to verify the student knowledge
The course present the state of the art surveying technologies. For this reason we suggest that the best way to learn these technologies is to be phisically present at the course.
