Students with full frequency in the course can take the exam.
Students who will not have correct inscription will not be able to take the exam.
The exam provides:
- written test, PROPEDEUTIC to the oral examination, by a questionnaire consisting of 60 multiple choice questions, with 4 alternatives of response, of which ONE ONLY is correct, distributed as follows: 18 questions of general pathology; 9 of Physiopathology, 9 of Relationship Assistance and 24 of Nursing Clinic.
The time available is 60 minutes, the exact answer is + 0.5 points; the answer not provided or supplied incorrectly corresponds to 0 points.
The test is overcome if both of these conditions are met:
1. at least 36 correct answers (equal to a score of 18/30);
2. a minimum of correct answers for each teaching module:
• at least 10 in the General Pathology Module;
• at least 5 in the Physiopathology Module;
• at least 5 in the Relief Relationship Form;
· At least 14 in the Basic Clinical Nursing Module.

- The oral test, is oriented to the evaluation of critical thinking and planning skills, through discussion of a clinical case.

The student can have the inscription in EVERY EXAMINATION APPROVAL provided by the Didactic Regulations (but frequency is required). The student who passes the written test can support the oral examination in the same exam appeal or subsequent examination appeals WITHOUT the obligation to repeat the written test, as the passing of such a test remains valid for the full academic year (i.e. up to the last examination appeal exam of the autumnal session).
