The verification of the students will take place through a written test.
The duration of the test, except for particular cases agreed with the professor, will be one hour.
The result of the written test will determine the suitability or unsuitability of the student.
The glossary and the topics covered in the test, and the knowledge of the required grammar will reflect the exact content of lessons.
The difficulty level of the test will never be higher than that of the exercises carried out during lessons.

The written test will consist of two different parts:
-FIRST PART: GLOSSARIES, READINGS AND CONVERSATIONS MADE IN THE CLASSROOM
The test includes open questions, multiple choice questions and "true or false" answers.
The score of each answer may vary depending on the complexity of the question. The criterion will be explained to the students during the lessons.
In order to obtain the suitability in this part of the written test, students must answer correctly approximately 85% of the questions.
-SECOND PART: GRAMMAR AND VERB TENSES
The test includes exercises in which students will have to choose between two or more verb tenses and than insert these verbs in the proposed sentences.
The score of each answer may vary depending on the complexity of the question. The criterion will be explained to the students during the lessons.
In order to obtain the suitability in this part of the written test, students must answer correctly approximately 80% of the questions.

For students who have not obtained the suitability in the test, or in one part of it, an oral exam is scheduled.
In the event where the unsuitability is confirmed, at the discretion of the professor a new written test may be necessary.
