Passing the examination of private law institutions.
The course aims to provide students with adequate knowledge of family law and succession law, with particular reference to the topics indicated in the program, addressing the critical analysis of the various problems of the subject.
This course offers an in-depth study of the institutions of family law and the fundamental principles of inheritance law and is aimed at providing an extended knowledge of the most recent legislative and jurisprudential innovations.

Lessons will take place remotely in the first semester and will be held by Prof. Mario Mistretta. They provide for the analysis and discussion of Sentences.
The exam will be held in oral form. The interview will focus on the topics indicated in the "Program" and "contents" section. The evaluation of the test will be carried out taking into consideration: knowledge of the institutes and jurisprudential and doctrinal guidelines; the ability to make connections between the different parts of the program; the ability to develop critical arguments; the accuracy of the exposure.
