Students should have attended the Constitutional Law I course and passed it before taking the examination.
Comparative public law studies the main foreign law systems, comparing them, with specific reference to the constitutional and administrative arrangement
The course is divided into two parts: a general part and a special part. The first part will tackle the institutional topics of comparative public law (including, without limitation, comparison, forms of State and Government, constitutional justice, etc.). In the second part, of monographic character, the theme of the totalitarismi will be faced.

There will be an oral
